Is there a website that tracks information about companies that have offshored information technology jobs?
I'm looking for a website that tracks companies that have offshored information technology jobs, and that can provide information about the locations and sizes of their offshore offices.
I've seen references to one at techsunite.org from around 2004, but it appears to be defunct.
