lost Berserk?

Where can I get 'Berserk in the Antarctic' on DVD?
Although I've never seen it, it has been highly recommended.
None of the usual suspects (Amazon, play, google shopping) have it. I believe that it was a TV film documentary produced by TV2 in Norway in 2000 which was available, at some point, on DVD. The book is readily available but I'm looking for the DVD.
I'd prefer a source from the UK, but any suggestions welcomed!
