Using iCal with an exchange server

Is there a way in Mac OS X to use iCal with an exchange server? Entourage for the Mac isn't all that wonderful compared to the built in Mail app and I like the ability to use the ldap server to look up names without an extra step. The only thing the Mail app is missing is integration with the calendaring events like Entourage has. Any help?

A moment's search at MacUpdate yielded Groupcal.

I have no direct experience with it, but it's something.
