How much is that [blank] in the window?

In this photo of the Microsoft store in Mission Viejo, there are two islands of product immediately as you enter the store. On the left is various versions of Windows 7. What is the product on the island on the right?

Bonus for anyone who can identify what product might be on the other three sides of the display.

looking at this pic, there are 4 more games on display on one of the sides. looks like Call of Duty World at War, Gears of War 2, Halo 3 and Halo:ODST.
