Restore deleted usernames and passwords to Firefox?

I errantly deleted all of my saved usernames and passwords from Firefox. Is there any way to get them back?

I wasn't paying attention and clicked "remove all" instead of "remove". Mac OS 10.5. Firefox 3.5.3.

Do you not remember what the usernames were? If you do, "forgot password" would be helpful. Most sites also have a "forgot username" button. I'm not sure how else you could get them back, though.

Yeah, I remember most of the usernames so it's not the end of the world. Just hoping for something quick and magical to save some time.
