What's the best online shared calendar that doesn't have an admin?

I'm looking for the best shared online calendar that doesn't require that I act as an admin and/or have any special rights or responsibilities. I'm happy to set it up, but I don't want to have to approve updates, invite people to view it, etc... I just want it to be available to and update-able by anyone who wants to use it.

Seconding Google Calendar. You can make it public, so that you don't have to invite anyone to view it.

I've used Calendars.net for that. Not pretty but totally open.
