Choppy Video Viewing

Vimeo viewing, and download both choppy.

These videos were posted on Metafilter last month, and they're stunning. Home movies re-done in HD with a nice sound track. Looking at the San Francisco one, I get to the point where people are getting onto the cable car, the video, and sound gets choppy. I tried downloading with both Flashgot, and Download Helper, and get the same results. Extremely frustrating. Btw, I'm pulling 8.5 mb/s if that helps.

Hmmm... Nothing I can add except to say that it seems to be playing fine for me, which rules out a problem inherent in the source video!
