Help me find this old school game...

I'm trying to find this outdoor game I played back in the 70's. Basically, the game consisted of 2 ropes with handles and a swimming pool float. The float would zip back and forth when a player spread his arms quickly to "shoot" the float back to the other player. Can't remember the name of the game or where to buy it today.

A quick video of some kids playing with one in case people are interested. In my recollection they come somewhere between Clackers and The Stylophone.

these were called Goings in the UK. You could buy a hopeless pocket version called a mini-Going.

Depending on your expected use and abuse, I'm sure you could make one with skipping ropes, some foam and some plastic 'o' ring for the centre of the foam.
