Looking for non-fugly camera case!

I need a case for my new Olympus E-P1, but I can't find one that I like! I really love the leather one I've been seeing in pictures of the camera everywhere, but that case/strap is hard to find and exorbitantly expensive to boot ($85-$200 everywhere I've found it online).

So, is there something similar to that that's under $80 and available in the US? (Yes, I've checked eBay.) Olympus shows something similar for a decent price on their site, but it's not available anymore. If not one like that, is there an attractive case/strap combo of another kind that might fit the E-P1? Or any handy tips for making something on my own? I'm good with crafty type things.

Is the body size/shape somewhat common? It looks retro, but are the dimensions similar to old models? If so, broaden your search to include other brands, or look for the dimensions.

Response by poster: The dimensions aren't quite similar to old models because it has a screen on the back. One thing I like about the leather case I listed above is that it allows for the camera to actually be used while it's in the case/jacket/whatever. While that's not absolutely necessary, this camera is also a little smaller than the old rangefinders it's styled after. Anyway, I'm hoping someone knows of a case that would fit this particular camera OR something like a more general camera bag that isn't hideous. I haven't had much luck finding anything that wasn't sized for pocket cameras and cell phones.

I can't give you any specific suggestions, but I'd urge you to look at Domke bags.

To generalize, they've always been the easiest bags to work out of quickly, and if you get a canvas model they tend to age very nicely, and don't announce the fact that there's some very expensive hardware within.

My oldest is an original model from 1976 and I still use it, albeit with some iron-on patches and a replacement strap from about 10 years ago.
