Mystery comic/zine image.

Can anyone identify this image?

Found taped to a pole near my friend's house in Carlton, Melbourne, Australia. Many reverse image lookups tried and failed. It seems very familiar but I can't put my finger on it. I thought it may be some wacky 80's comic, have searched to no avail. Thanks.

Best answer: A search for toothbrush zalgo (don't ask me why) turned up this, your comic which seems to be an ad for a book?
