For a friend: Who is the artist who painted this picture, and how can I get a copy?

That looks like it could be by Tom McKinney, a prolific watercolorist known for his paintings depicting African American life. I don't know of a site for him, but you can see what his work looks like in this GIS. Admittedly I may be mistaken, but it was my first thought upon seeing that image.

This isn't specific at all, but it reminds me of Henry Ossawa Tanner's The Banjo Lesson. I wonder if it's someone's later riff on that kind of African American genre painting.
