Can you identify this Cabaret Voltaire sample?

What film soundtrack (or radio show?) is being sampled in the Cabaret Voltaire song "The Arm of the Lord"? The relevant sample starts about 40 seconds in. I'm not asking about the bit of Manson interview footage at the beginning of the track. Thanks!

This is a total guess, but if you're talking about the horn sounds, they ring a bell for me that they were in the 1953 film War of the Worlds. I haven't seen it since I was a kid but that's what I immediately thought of.

Response by poster: Thanks workerant, but I'm actually curious about the long piece of dialogue ("I can't call you Barry Barry anymore" etc.). Sorry, I should have clarified.

might have it been from this movie?

Response by poster: I hunted up an e-mail address for Stephen Mallinder (one half of the band) and asked if he remembered. His reply:

The best help I can offer you on the sound source is it came from an American cable channel with a TV evangelist – we wouldn’t have logged the details it was a found sound from when we were touring but I’m sure it was West Coast.

So, any experts on '80s televangelists out there?
