Help identify this song!

My boyfriend downloaded this song sometime in the 1990s. We've tried googling the lyrics, but nothing turns up. Does anyone know anything about this little ditty?

Sounds like a mixture of the B-52s and XTC, but I'm assuming a lyric search would return results for either of those bands.

It sounds like B-52s to me, too. Compare the voices to their Cosmic Thing. But I can't find them connected to your song.

This just sounds like a college dorm band to me. The only person who can pull off Fred Schneider from the B-52s is Fred Schneider from the B-52s. Singing like Fred Schneider is generally a sign that you cannot sing. Speaking from personal experience.

A year in the dorms in the early 90s burned Skankin' Pickle and Primus into my brain. I almost can't not hear it. Plus, I recently made a mix CD for my kids and I put "I Missed The Bus, Again" on it, so SP has recently been in my head.
