What style of bentwood furniture does The Dude in The Big Lebowski have in his pad? Does this style have a name? Google images came up with only one matching photo when I searched for "Bentwood Mission Furniture" I do not believe that this is any kind of a variant on the mission style, but this is where it was found.

You're basically looking at Rattan furniture, which is bamboo that's been bent and lashed together. Sometimes it's used as patio furniture, but generally it's supposed to be pretty cheap, which is why it's in the Dude's place. Of course, it can also be super expensive, if you happen to get something from McGuire. There's not really anything "Mission" about it, at least from the pieces I can see. Basically, we're talking about his bar cabinet, his sofa, and a coffee table, right?
