Driving in reverse

Another video search. This one was about cars being driven in reverse in the opposite lane to avoid "tailbacks". It was captured by someone driving legally and was almost certainly in Russia or some neighbouring country. Anyone? Anyone?

The closest I can remember is this one:

...but that was mostly about driving a modded car backwards, with not much rationale about why they're doing it, so it's likely not the one you're looking for.

This video has cars reversing to avoid a tailback but it's in the UK. It could look like the opposite lane, however, since it's in the UK - but it's just the hard shoulder :)
