Notetaker Wallet without the big price tag

I really like the look of David Allen NoteTaker wallet, the only downside being I can't afford the $80 price tag. Are their any similar wallets out there without the high price tag?

You can use a regular old wallet, keeping a small pad and golf-type pencil in the money pocket.

I use moleskine cahiers - while they're mostly a notebook, they also have a pocket in the back that can fit some cards and cash.

I have one from Levenger called Swiftnotes, that uses the pen to close the little notebook. They also have different configurations, including ones that look most like the one you referenced, that they call "pocket briefcases".

Best answer: I forgot to mention the PicoPad.

I have that wallet, only it's not called the David Allen notetaker wallet. It's called the Franklin Covey Index Card Holder. I think that link is it - the measurements are dead on. This is what mine looks like... same thing as the GTD one. 12 bucks, what a freakin mark up.
