How do I create an anonymous blog that I can update from my iPhone?

I have an idea for a blog. I tend to work in a conservative field, so I would like it to be anonymous. If I could update from my iPhone that would be perfect. Is this possible?

Consider what you mean when you say 'anonymous'. Do you mean "it's not immediately obvious who wrote this" (not very hard) or "No one will ever be able to figure out who wrote this" (very difficult) or just "no one will be able to figure this out without a bunch of subpoenas"? (a little easier)

Pay for the site hosting / blog with cash and then update it via iTor (Tor and privoxy for the iPhone)... That's totally anonymous even with a subpoena and not too hard.
