Where to find data on the size of the informal sector?

Does anyone know a good source for the size of the informal sector by country in Asia and Latin America?

I'm at a university so I have access to any books you could recommend as well as JSTOR or other online resources. The data I've found so far seems old and bad.

I'm hoping to find information on the size of the informal sector for as many countries in Asia and Latin America as possible. The more recent and academic the source, the better.

Not sure if you have already found these, but here are a bunch of articles from the World Bank. If the bibliographies dont help just email the authors.
