Teleconferencing for a non-profit organization?

What are people using for teleconferencing? We're a smallish Canadian cultural organization looking to connect with our members (scholars, universities) located throughout the country.

We're currently using Bell. However, it's lacking conference recording in *.mp3/audio file format that can be sent to members who've missed calls our would like to review the meetings. Other than that, the service meets our needs.

Recommend a new, reliable, provider?
Perhaps a device that could record calls?

*Software solutions similar to Skype would be great. However, we can't demand our members install software or be excluded. A phone service is what's needed.

I worked in an office that used FreeConference a lot. It's set up online but it's a dial-in conference. I think there are recording/transcription options you can pay for (it's been a while, so I don't recall for certain).

I used to work for this company, but have no financial interest:

Calliflower They have a free version of the service, but I'm not sure if the mp3 recording is included at that level or not. I believe that you will have to pay long distance charges to dial into the conference bridge.

Maybe Dimdim? Open source so you can put it up yourself but there's a free hosted edition also. I don't think it requires folks to install software, but it might.

An organization I was with used FreeConference. They had just started introducing recording options when I left.
