Possible to watch US Open tennis matches online after the fact? September 12, 2009 10:00 PM Subscribe
I missed the women's semi-finals of the U.S. Open tonight, and would like to watch it on my computer, if possible. Does anyone know how I can do this? I looked on the usopen.org site, but I didn't see anything.
Thanks,

Have you tried ESPN360.com? They appear to have the US Open matches in their Tennis Channel > Replay section. Hope that works for you. posted by empyrean at 10:04 PM on September 12
I didn't realize they happened today - I missed that part of your question. They have the earlier matches but I'm not seeing what you want. I don't think they've archived the Semi-finals yet anywhere. Maybe tomorrow? Sorry! posted by empyrean at 10:22 PM on September 12
Not too sure about tennis specifically, or even the delay between an event and its being seeded, but if you're familiar with torrenting people actually do start torrents of recent sporting events.
Checking out my site du jour, Mininova, it seems that uploaders have only gotten up to the previous round -- also, for whatever bizarre reason, the torrents are all private. But if you're not time-sensitive, give it a little while and the match you wanted to see will show up. posted by the NATURAL at 3:24 AM on September 13
