Wong Kar-Wai Poster

I've searched and I've searched but I can't find some place to buy this poster from Wong Kar-Wai's "As Tears Go By." Can someone help me? The link says it's a French poster, but my limited European language ability suggests that it's German. The picture is from my favorite all-time WKW scene, so I must have it.

If you just want that image, you might try ebay. This seems to be your best bet.

Woops, wrong scene, strike that. But really, ebay would still be your best bet.

The same image, flip flopped, is on this poster.

Having forgotten almost all of the German I learned in high school, I'm not entirely certain, but this Swiss store seems to be implying that while they don't sell it online, they might have it in the store. You could try sending them an e-mail (may want to round up a translator first, though). Definitely keep an eye on eBay, too - that's probably your best bet.

I just bought 2046 on Bowery this weekend. There are no English subtitles. Damn.

Response by poster: I live in Taiwan, where 2046 has been out with English subtitles for several months. I've seen it four times. It's, IMHO, his best. Actually, the image of Faye Wong in the futuristic train looking out the window might be my new favorite WKW moment. Anyhow, I'm sure the official DVD with English subtitles will come out here in a couple of months, and then it would take days for the pirates to get it over stateside.

But thanks for the info. I've tried searching Ebay before and haven't found anything. Aster, I'll try sending an email in English to that store. Unless someone wants to ask in German for me?

You can always try and babelfish your email over to them along with an english translation.

Sie können und babelfish Ihr email zu ihnen zusammen mit einer englischen Übersetzung immer rüber versuchen.

Posteritati.com is a really good resource. They don't have this title right now, but they might be able to hunt down a copy for you.
