Who only serves food that's white?

Help me identify this mangled and misremembered quote from a movie or television show: "You have got to check out Moby's new restaurant -- He only serves food that's white."

Much of that quote is, like I said, misremembered, and it's entirely possible it has nothing to do with Moby. The person making up the other half of the dialogue simply goes "Oooh!" in response, and the scene ends. I think this might have been from 30 Rock, but my Google-fu is failing me, and as much as I relish the opportunity to rewatch every episode of the show... Yeah. So please tell me someone else remembers this line!

Hmm. This 1990 NYT article references a SNL episode with a sketch about a restaurant that only serves white food. Probably not what you're looking for?

Could it be from the episode of 'How I Met Your Mother' where the gang rides around in the limo with the guy who looks like Moby?

Nope, wouldn't be either of those - I've never watched How I Met Your Mother, and while it's possible that it's a self-referential line about the SNL skit, I know it's not from the skit itself. It's really just a throw-away line at the end of a scene, a technique 30 Rock is big on, but it's spoken in a pretty vapid Sex and the City way.
