Outlook/Exchange mailbox assistant

Does anyone know of any third party add-ons or software for Outlook/Exchange that works as type of a "assistant". What I'm looking for is software that will scan incoming messages based on a list of approved contacts. If a message from one of these approved contacts hits the mailbox, the message will continue to the inbox. If it does not, it will be routed to another folder in the mailbox that the person's admin will have access to. The admin will then have the option to click a link in the email (after review of the message) that will release it into the executive's mailbox and also have the option to add the address to the approved contacts list. Also, if the executive replies to the message, it will also be automatically added to the approved contacts list. I'm hoping there is something out there that we can use to help manage an executive's mailbox.

I could be wrong here, but I think this is something Outlook already does. One thing Microsoft knows is catering to management.

What I'm looking for is software that will scan incoming messages based on a list of approved contacts. If a message from one of these approved contacts hits the mailbox, the message will continue to the inbox. If it does not, it will be routed to another folder in the mailbox that the person's admin will have access to.

This can easily be achieved with the Rules Wizard (Tools->Rules and Alerts). Just follow the prompts.

The admin will then have the option to click a link in the email (after review of the message) that will release it into the executive's mailbox and also have the option to add the address to the approved contacts list.

The assistant should be able to simply drag the message (or right-click, 'move to folder') to drop the approved email in the boss's mailbox. Adding a contact to your mailbox is more than one click, but you could easily script that with VBA, if one-clickness is crucial.

Also, if the executive replies to the message, it will also be automatically added to the approved senders list

This is a little add-on from Microsoft to be used in conjunction with the Rules Wizard's "Custom Actions" function, to do this (though it may presume that the 'approved senders list' is the same as the boss's contacts list... not sure).
