Looking for Berlin's Akihabara

Few hours after work travel in Berlin and looking for local Akihabara or good electronics store. Any place close to S/U-bahn is ok.

Alexanderplatz has huge Media Markt and Saturn branches in the malls, but I find K&M Elecktronik does the trick every time - it's significantly cheaper if you know exactly what you want.

Well Media Markt and Saturn are probably not as fun but Akihabara, more like Best Buy. But I can't really think of an Alternative.
If you want to take the s-bahn, there is also a Media Markt right across the Station at Schöneweide.

Or Conrad which has more individual components and technical kit, less consumer electronics: near U-Bahn Hermannplatz, U-Bahn Nollendorfplatz, or S/U-Bahn Rathaus Steglitz
