Information on the Chinese nuclear power industry

I have to produce a report on the Chinese nuclear power industry. Are there any good resources online to get me started? The focus is mainly on links between the state and business, and risk assessment for interested parties. I can read Mandarin.

The Electric Power Research Institute's site might have some stuff on China. I searched for China and found some materials that might be helpful.
