What music video did I watch?

I saw a music video recently with a gigantic white guy and black guy walking around what I think is New York City. The music was hip hop with some pop. Unfortunately those are all the details I can remember. Any ideas?

99 Problems by Jay-Z sounds similar, but more hip-hop than pop. It features Jay-Z and Rick Rubin (a white ZZ-top-looking guy) walking/driving around in Brooklyn.

I don't think this is it, but it certainly features gigantic (and women) in NYC: Love is Strong.

Its none of those mentioned so far. The people in the video are literally gigantic, they dwarf the cars and buildings around them.
