Help me identify a comedian

I've seen this guy on The Comedy Channel. He talks about women and he whispers things like, "Oh my God", and , "It's so beautiful".

Is it Steve Byrne? He does a little whisper thing in that clip around :28.

aheckler has it, Mitch Fatel. The only other whisperer is Jim Gaffigan, but its not him.
