Wordpress Theme

I really like the theme used at wordpress.org. This is the theme that Wordpress the company uses. Can someone point to an exact replica or a theme that closely mimics the look of this site: http://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page Thank in advance!!

I should have been more clear. I'm looking for a Wordpress theme that I can drop into my local installation of Wordpress, not the CSS files.

Shade is similar but is a commercial theme. It's a mimic rather than a rip, though, so it'd be safer.
