I recently bought a Mac, and really dislike it, but I can't really afford the hit of restocking fees to send it back and get an equivalent PC. How can I constructively vent my anger over my poor purchase decision?
The single biggest issue I have is the magnetic latch, which feels a million times more difficult to lift than the latch on my old Sony Vaio, and frustrates me every morning as I fiddle it open like an old woman struggling with a pickle jar.
