Are the unborn members of mankind?

Given this set of hypothetical circumstances (personal a/theism aside, run with me here), would the unborn be considered mankind?

1. All of mankind is eligible to be saved.
2. To be saved, one must be born again.
3. To be born again, one must first, be born.
4. The unborn have not yet been born once, and are therefore ineligible to be saved.

Are the unborn members of mankind?

Perhaps rephrased:

1. All individuals in Group G are eligible for Happy, and can Meet.
2. In order to receive Happy, individuals in Group G must Meet Prerequisite P.
3. In order to meet Prerequisite P, one must be able to Meet.
4. Individuals in Bunch B cannot Meet.
5. Can individuals from Bunch B exist in Group G?
