Identify this cosplayer's outfit! Possibly a Marvel character?

I went to Otakon with a couple friends this weekend and they spotted this young woman, and they are wondering what character she is playing. They suspect it is a Marvel character of some kind, but other than that, we have no leads. Thanks, Hivemind.

The only reason I'm jealous of Spider-Man is that he had a fling with Black Cat. And that's definitely her.
