I'm looking for a particular Holocaust memoir or novel that I read as a teenager.
Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the author, but the title was a male first name (I thought it was "Gideon," but haven't had any luck searching under that title). I do remember that at the end of the book, the author/character (it may not have been an autobiography, but it was written as though it was) decides not to tell anyone what he has been through after he emigrates to the United States.

Response by poster: *sigh* I actually just found it...it is, in fact, "Gideon" by Chester Aaron. Mods, please feel free to delete this question.
