I need help finding a specific prank call. [More inside]

I think (but am not sure) that it's a celebrity prank call (Schwarzenegger, Hartmann?) or possibly one by the Jerky Boys.

Here's what I know for sure:

* The victim is a male with a Southern accent
* He says the words: "You don't know who you're talking to!!"
* He also says: "Did ya ever hear of star 69?"

This has been driving me crazy for a long time. I've searched around but can't find it, nor can I seem to remember anything else about it. If someone can hope me, I'd be very grateful!

Schwarzenegger? Like, it sounded like it was coming from him? Was it made with one of the Arnold sound boards?

rxrfrx: If it was a Schwarzenegger one, it was made with one of those sound boards. The problem is that there are tons and tons of them...

punkfloyd: I checked them all but didn't find it... ebaumsworld and this were my first stops.

I vaguely remember something like that done by a radio station. For some reason I think it might have been posted on Something Awful.
