The Talented Mr. Brady

Long shot - On my way to Vegas this weekend. What are the odds I can get my wife to meet her celebrity crush, Wayne Brady?

She's a huge fan and I've already dropped some coin on tickets, but I think I could score big if I figured out how to get her face to face with him.

Any ideas on how I would get something like this done?

If you buy the VIP tickets at $164 apiece, you get a meet-and-greet with him after the show.

(Off-topic: The missus and I saw his show in Vegas last year. It was hilarious, and we regret not spending the premium for the VIP tickets.)

I have had friends meet the performers at various casinos and as far as I know, the way that happened was for them to be big bettors at the tables. Not big losers (or winners) per se, but willing to risk money regularly that trip and consistently. They got rated and then asked the casino.

I would say your odds are 1 in a 1,000.

When I saw Penn and Teller in Vegas a few years ago, they hung out in the exit hallway after the show, talking to everyone. Any chance Wayne Brady does the same thing? He's not that big a star, is he?

Penn & Teller have been hanging out in the lobby chatting with audiences after every show (in or out of Vegas) for a couple decades, and they're more the exception than the rule. I think those VIP tickets are your best bet; also, tip a waitress well and ask her if she knows his habits, where he hangs out or what door he leaves from or something like that.
