Where can I find a laptop skin for my Inspiron 1318 for less than $20?

I want something to stick on my 13.3 inch laptop to give it an extra level of protection and style. I've seen lots of websites, and some incredible designs, I love this one and this one but unfortunately they're like $30. Additionally, they don't seem to specify that they're compatible with my Dell Inspiron 1318.

Has anybody seen any other good laptop skin websites out there that won't break the bank? Bonus points for sites that explicitly state exact size proportions, or specific model compatibility.
