Where can I buy an adult-sized, customized London Knights jersey?

I'm a long-suffering fan of the New York Islanders, and John Tavares is the first thing I've been excited about re: the team in a long time. I have every intention of buying an Islanders jersey with his name and number on it, but I also really like the London Knights' jerseys (the team he played for most recently in the OHL), and I'd really like to get one of those with his name and number as well.

The problem I'm having is actually finding one. On the Knights' website, there is a merchandise section, but the jersey customizer at the bottom of that page only has youth sizes. The "jerseys" link in the sidebar has adult sizes, but only up to medium (I'd prefer a large), and there doesn't seem to be any way of customizing one.

Short of taking a trip to Ontario, is there a way I can get the jersey I want--a white Knights jersey, size large, with "Tavares" and "61" on the back?

Given the seeming difficulty in locating and obtaining a quality—e.g., stitched numbers and patches, rather than heat-pressed—customized junior league jersey from online outlets (pointstreak, epuck, hockeygiant), it might be a good idea to contact the team's merchandising rep directly with your request. From the merchandise section:
If there is an item which you just cannot seem to find, please contact Cindy Hinton at merchandise@londonknights.com and she will be able to assist you with your purchase.

Money's tighter than I'd like right now, but this sounds like the best idea. Can I get back to you when I can afford this?

Curses--right size, no customization. Thanks though!

They're available in the Chicago area due to Patrick Kane having been from there, and there are some great jersey customization places like Triple Threat Sports...

I would imagine New York has plenty of similar places... maybe you can order the jersey without customization, and have it done by one of them? We Blackhawks fans do that all the time.

Sure, just send me a note when you're ready.

Wow, I just had a look at the website. $200 for an overgrown sweater? Yowza! No wonder you need to wait!

Maybe he'll suck as an NHLer and I won't end up wanting one.

I hope that doesn't happen.
