Auto-click timer utiliuty for Mac default buttons?

A few years ago I used to use a handy Mac utility that would automatically click the blue default button after x number of seconds of inactivity. I have not been able to find it in recent attempts and, for that matter, do not know if it would work with OS X. Anyone have any familiarity with this or something equivalent?

It was called Okey Dokey or Okey Dokey Pro depending on which one you needed. A quick googling tells me that it doesn't work in OS X and I didn't run into any successors, but maybe the program's name will help you find something.
