What's a good site that outlines basic information and tips for filing a U.S. income tax return for the individual? I know about the one on Yahoo, and I'm looking for something along those lines.

What are you looking for that the one on Yahoo doesn't do?

Internal Revenue Service. I'm serious. Publication 17 is easy to read although it is a bit long at 322 pages. But it is well-organized so you don't have to read them all.
