Is there a way bring in an incoming call to an existing Skype conversation?

Is there a way bring in an incoming call to an existing Skype conversation?

OK, say I'm Skyping with Bob. Then Joe calls me on Skype. Is there a way to answer Joe's skype call by bringing him into my call with Bob, so that we're all talking in a conference?

I can answer Joe's call, which puts Bob on hold... and then in Joe's call window there's a Menu button with "Add to conference" underneath it... but it's grayed out and not clickable.

So what's the deal; is this possible? I'm using a Mac.

Thanks!

I should also note that, in the example above, Joe is calling my Skype-In number from his cell phone, and is not using Skype.

Based on skype's help section, it does not appear that you can conference someone in. You can have joe hang up and then create a conference call when you call him back. I think the "add to conference" is just a standard part of the menu, but only usable for outgoing calls to that contact. Check out skype's help section, looks like they've really improved it and you can actually find what you're looking for now.

Yeah, in my experience, you can only add people to a call when you're starting the calls.
