seconding Discount Tire. they have (almost) always taken good care of me. don't let the name worry you; they sell new, current, non-defective/non-written-off products.

2nding Discount Tire. One of the few businesses that went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

Costco is the best deal around, IMO. When you buy a set of tires there, you get lifetime balancing and rotation. I recently got a nail in one of my tires and I was expecting the runaround on using the road hazard warranty but it was no problem at all. The service is courteous and you can look around the store while you wait--or have a hot dog and soda for $1.50. I highly recommend Costco.

discount tires will rotate your tires for free even if you didn't buy them there.
