What are some activity suggestions for a group of (pre-wedding) men in Seattle?

I'm standing up for a friend who is getting married in Seattle in July. He has asked me to help organize a daytime activity for the "groomsmen" on the day before the wedding. This will be on a Friday. I am from out of town, so I am at a little bit of a loss for things to do in the city. Copious amounts of drinking would not be acceptable as the rehearsal dinner is on the same day.

You could go to the Center For Wooden Boats and do some sailing.

You could go to Moss Bay and rent kayaks and/or catamarans.

Two non-drinking coded-as-manly events I've enjoyed at pre-weddings: a trip to a churrascaria (looks like Seattle has one, Ipanema Grill, that's well-liked) and go-kart racing.

For a cool all-inclusive activity, book the patio and reserve kayaks at Aqua Verde Cafe & Paddle Club. The restaurant serves fantastic Baja style cuisine and tasty margaritas. Before or after lunch, circumnavigate Lake Union and explore the myriad of cool sights: houseboats, the downtown skyline, Gasworks Park, the Ballard locks, Fremont, the marshy areas in the Lake Washington Arboretum.

Here is one type of activity I have come up with so far, and I was looking for something in a similar vein. I found Valentines online and was thinking of a shared shaving experience, followed by drinks at Zig Zag. The group will be seven at the most. I am also looking for suggestions on similar activities.

If you are willing to expand your definition of "Seattle" to include Edmonds - a bit north of the city - you could always go play Whirlyball.

Love music? Go jam out at the Experience Music Project and have a CD burnt of it. You don't even have to know how to play! It's nice if you do, of course...
