Do you remember that bouncing boy cartoon?

Does anyone remember an animated cartoon from the early 1970s (late 1960s?) that featured a boy drawn as a bouncing yellow ball with arms and face?

Mr. Happy is a grownup. Jot is a little boy with an unforgettably piercing, perky, chirpy voice. Also Jesus.
