If I've started to receive recorded solicitation calls on my cell phone, whom do I call to report this to?

The FCC might be a good idea. Related article that says you can put your cell on the do not call list. Also, autodialing to cell phones without the owners is illegal (I believe).

actually the ftc is now allowing cell phone telemarketing

you have to put your number on the Do Not Call List to get it to stop.

I would like more info on clubfootes comment though. Theres got to be some conditions involved.

clubfoote, that's incorrect. The FCC still forbids telemarketing without permission to any phone where the consumer has to pay for the call.

What's changing is that cell phones will now be listed in 411 by a consortium of providers (not including, notably, Verizon), and that has a lot of people upset.

The FTC and FCC regulate different industries and don't always agree 100%, even after a four-year harmonization effort, but both agencies prohibit autodialing cell numbers.
