Has there ever been a documented case of death by drowning in yogurt?

Well, Wikipedia defines drowning as suffocation caused by liquid entering the lungs. I'm sure someone out there has choked and died while eating their yogurt....somewhere. The closest I could get was someone who choked on frozen yogurt(and lived).

The only way I can image this occurring is by an industrial accident. Perhaps try contacting OSHA?

Closest I can think of is the famous molasses disaster.
