Where to eat in Raleigh?

I'll be in Raleigh this weekend so please tell me about your favorite restaurants. Specifically soul food/homestyle, but really just any place you love. If there's some event happening I shouldn't miss, throw that in too.

Ole Time BBQ One of the better BBQ joints in my opinion. Crappy building, good food. Good for lunch

42 Street Oyster Bar Great for dinner, I like to sit at the Oyster bar and gulp 'em down like they are going out of style.

Yeah, NewRaleigh had a recent thread about the burger at Raleigh Times making Food Network's 50 burgers, 50 states list. It's a really good restaurant overall, owned by good people (although the comments about them having a good publicist, too, might be on target). If you like BBQ, The Pit has gotten a lot of press lately - Ed Mitchell is a local treasure (and beat Bobby Flay a couple of months back).

The annual American Dance Festival starts this weekend just up the road in Durham; I've seen some amazing stuff there over the years. If you like dance, you get a twofer with Mark Dendy choreographing a bunch of folks (probably students) at various places in the lobby for an hour before Shen Wei Dance Arts does the main performance.

If you want to combine food with and experience, go to the Raleigh Farmer's Market Resaurant. Not fancy by any means, and it's just basic home cooking.
Or, while you're there, check out the Seafood Restaurant for some light, crispy fried goodness. Couldn't find a link to it, but it's seen here.
