Google Ad Manager for multiple sites

How can I best use Google Ad Manager to serve ads on multiple sites?
I'm starting an ad network in a niche web industry, and need the ability to serve ads on several different sites. I've been using Google Ad Manager for awhile on one site, but now need to be able to use it on multiple sites, preferably from within one google account/login. Does anyone know the best way to do this? Google's support for this product is poor at best, so there's not a lot of information to be had from them.
