looking for a great store for bath items

we are shopping for bath lights, and bath mirrors, plus some interior doors. we have been to home depot and lowes here in Irving, TX, and the selection isn't what we are looking for, not to mention that the prices are a bit high. does the hive mind have anything to suggest for shopping in the dallas, tx area for these items?

it would be nice to find a store with a largish selection, with some reasonable prices... thanks in advance.

I had good luck at Amazon.com with bath lights -- lots of selection, free shipping if you have Prime (or are buying more than $25), and a wide variety of price levels. My lighting fixtures were ridiculously cheap, I think around $10-15 for a nice-looking 3 light fixture.

We have had luck at Seconds and Surplus over near 35E and 183 (not 100% sure if they have all of those things but good for general bath remodeling supplies). Also we went to some of the manufacturer's websites and looked around, then found great deals on eBay or Amazon.

Should have waited to post - The Great Indoors is up in North Dallas. It has a great selection of vanity lighting. (Prices are a bit elevated but it's great to get ideas to search for online.)

Have you tried the Habitat for Humanity Restore? There are often nice things and new things in those, still quite cheap, but it does necessitate a little looking.

We found some great bathroom mirrors at Hemispheres. They run sales frequently and have several locations in the Dallas area.

There's an Ikea up in Frisco, TX. They have bath lights and mirrors that are a bit more reasonably priced than the big box home stores.

You might want to check out one of the many local lighting stores in Dallas. The selection and quality is better than what you'll find at the big box stores and you can sometimes happen on a decent sale or find a killer deal in their clearance sections.

And as a bonus you're supporting a local business.
