E-mail Newsletters Auto-Populated Via RSS

Can anyone recommend a hosted newsletter delivery service (like ConstantContact.com) that offers the ability to automatically import headlines and links from RSS feeds into HTML e-mail newsletter templates? Or some other mechanism whereby I can use a feed to eliminate the need to manually assemble website update newsletters?

Yes, I know that Feedburner will e-mail feeds, but Feedburner does not offer enough flexibility in customizing the e-mail template (no branding, non-feed content, etc.)

Any tips appreciated.
