Mood Setting Music

Where can I find free music that can generate a certain mood?

I'm looking for tracks, preferably ten minutes or longer, which can evoke certain feelings. Like, if I'm feeling stressed out, I can play a track that would calm me down. Or something inspiring if I need to start work or something.
Does such music exist?

APM MUSIC, which is a great source for royalty-free music for video editing, lets you browse their collection by mood.

I got an account through Current.TV.

Best answer: Does it have to be a single track? If not, get a (free) Pandora account and set up stations programmed to get the mood that you want to achieve. For instance, for calming music set up a station with the band Stars of the Lid as the root.

Bookhouse is right. By tweaking each playlist, you'd have them offering stuff you're sure to like within a few days.

There are also tag-based playlists in last.fm, but you have to pay a membership fee for those.
