Giant lounge chairs in Vienna's MuseumsQuartier

Foam/plastic lounges outside Vienna Museum of Contemporary Art...

Does anyone know what these lounges are, what they're made of, and where one might get one? I was just in Vienna and found them to be surprisingly and almost impossibly comfortable. Like hours-on-end comfortable...

Possibly Philippe Starck?

I was just thinking how similar those lounges seem to ones they have (or had, it's been awhile) at this restaurant POD. Then I thought, "Well how does that help ssmug?" Then I looked at your profile and saw you're from Philly! Go over to POD in University City and ask them!

Best answer: They are made by Quinze und Milan. It seems like it was a one off project. Some commercial options are available through these people.

The pieces in Vienna were called ENZL - brief article here.

This project doesn't seem to be listed on their website however. The line ENZL is apparently the same as the S CAPE line - this seems to be the closest option, though it lacks the arms of the furniture in your picture.

Wow, this is old, but it turns out that the chairs are actually by PPAG Architects.
